It features four motocross tracks complete with jumps, bush tracks for four-wheel drives, eight interconnected dams and a children’s playground with teepee cubby house, slide and automated merry-go-round.

One dam on the property is floodlit and surrounded by a covered entertainment area complete with waterslide and windmill driven fountain.

The property, located in the Hunter Valley suburb of Quorrobolong, is just big and fun, according to agent Shelly Jurd.

She said it started out as a 40 acre weekend retreat but over time the owners accumulated more land around them.

“It was really just developed for their three sons and their entertainment … it would make a beautiful spot if someone wanted to build a house or use the land for farming,” she said.

“It already has about 700m of concrete driveway up to the site where you could build a home and there is existing irrigation and power lines.

“The owners have had bulldozers, earthmovers and graders onsite to clean up the logging and motorbike tracks but it is not of a commercial quality, just for the entertainment of their children.”

The two machinery sheds on the property both have power and one has a kitchen and living area, two bedrooms, one with ensuite and a covered entertainment area that overlooks the dam.

Minimal creature comforts to be found in the house.

Just the basics in the weekender.

The other shed features a bathroom the nearby freestanding airconditioned building, nicknamed “The Love Shack” site has access to.

For the nature lovers the property has an existing macadamia orchard, extensive bushwalking tracks and offers a wide range of native flora including rock orchids, elks and native Australian Grass Trees.
