NRL 2020: Tim Mannah, cousin Danny Abdallah, Oatlands crash tragedy, Parramatta Eels, rugby league
Eels legend Tim Mannah has paid tribute to the families of the four children who lost their life in Saturday’s tragic Oatlands crash, including his cousin and father of the three killed siblings, Danny Abdallah.
The retired Parramatta prop posted a beautiful message to his social media accounts on Monday night in support of the grieving families.
“Heartbroken. Still trying to comprehend it all,” Mannah posted on Instagram.

“I have looked up to my cousin Danny since I was a kid. I’ve always admired his huge heart for others and especially his children.
“His wife, Leila, is an actual hero. She raises six kids with ease and grace. Her life revolves around them.
“And just like that, they’ve lost three children.
“Can’t imagine what pain they must be feeling right now, but my admiration for them has gone to a new level. They live out their faith and it inspires everyone around them.
“Antony, Angelina and Sienna may not have lived long lives on earth, but their impact will echo into eternity. Psalm 34:18.”
Antony, 13, Angelina, 12 and eight-year-old Sienna Abdallah were killed when alleged drunk driver Samuel Davidson, 29, mounted the footpath and collided with a group of seven children.
The three children’s cousin Veronique Sakr, 11, was also killed as the group innocently walked to get ice cream.
Hundreds of people turned out on Monday night at the Oatlands crash site in a show of support for the heartbroken families and to pray for the four killed children.
